Join our certified prenatal yoga teacher Jessie Young-Novak (certified through Bloom Yoga Studio – Prenatal Teacher Training) for a 75 minute class of strength building designed to ease discomfort too.
RegisterYoga postures open up the hips and pelvis and help prepare the body for labor. They also help with pain relief and swelling, sleep and relaxation; as well as energy, stamina and strength.
